PC / SP3 - problems

since some days there is this update for my PC available...
service pack 3

but whenever i try to install it...
after a while (after already having installed more than a half of it) it stops the installing and starts to de-install everything again...
when this happens it says that access was denied... to whatever...

i dont know what the problem is (you could guess that on your own) but im just clueless...
this update is still there... and always wants to get installed _-_ bu it doesnt work....
and also needs a hell a lot of time ___-___

as i see it, there are 3 issues that might be going on:
1. your system is not authentic, you have software installed on your computer that doesn't allow that, so you can't update it efficiently.
2. there is some problem with the software you are trying to install.
3. your system has some problem.

Well, one question. Why do you want to update it to service pack 3? i have service pack 1 or 2 (no idea which number) and i haven't done any automatic updates and i am perfectly fine.

dont know... isnt it just.... better???

well... the most time i had SP1.... i had some system problems or whatever going on...
then after i got internet... and started to do those automatic updates... SP2 was installed and solved all those problems i had...
and now i hope the same will happen again...


1. its the CD with windows i bought with the PC >> authentic
2 its SP3... where should there be the problem... ?
