TNR problems

Description of the bug's effects:

ive first noticed this problem when i tried to train a general (speed)
since the drop down menu only offers you 100 as the highest option... i usually choose this option, press Train and spam F5 afterwards till my pools arent full enough to train it anymore...

now refreshing the page through F5 or the refresh button in the browser itself doesnt have any effect at all >> it doesnt refresh the page

to make sure this problem doesnt only effect in speed training.. ive tried out doing the same in the other generals training.. and also in the other stats training...

since this started after the new update of the pm system.. I'd guess it has something to do with this... or there might has been made some fault in some other area when updating... (but i have no knowledge about programming)

EDIT: ive just noticed this problem is taking effect on whole TNR pages not only the training pages
also to make sure its not only my browser that is making this problem... ive tried F5 on other sites beside TNR... it works there just fine...
im using firefox as the browser.. and i just got some information that with IE refreshing would work and F5 on IE really does work
